We are looking for a motivated and organized Trainee Business Analyst to join our team. If you are eager to start your career in IT, enjoy analyzing business processes, and are interested in quality and information security management, this is the ideal opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you will:
- Analyze business processes with attention to quality (ISO 9001) and information security (ISO 27001) standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and document recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
- Support the creation of workflows, process models, and diagrams following ISO-aligned methodologies.
- Participate in internal and external audits of company systems, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Contribute to the creation of specifications, technical documentation, and reports in line with quality and security standards.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of business analysis, process management, or related fields.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to structure complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Ability to work with documentation, including requirements, specifications, and audit reports.
- Understanding of IT products and fundamental software development principles.
- Awareness of quality management and information security concepts (ISO 9001 & ISO 27001).
Desirable Skills:
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher for working with documentation.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness in professional documentation.
- Enthusiasm for learning and implementing ISO standards in a real IT environment
