Job Description
Miratech is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Access and Identity Management (AIM) team within Global Information Security. The AIM team is a critical part of the company's infrastructure, responsible for controlling and maintaining secure access across the entire technology estate. The team ensures that all users have appropriate and compliant access to systems and resources.
This position offers exposure to enterprise-level tools and involves close engagement with business users, control functions, and technology teams to enhance governance and operational transparency.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports to transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Analyze program data and automate reporting processes using Excel Macros, Python, AI
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of the permission management system to identify and address functionality gaps.
- Collaborate with business units to communicate system changes, provide end-user training, and resolve inquiries.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution for system or access-related problems, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/operational role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data management and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, data visualization, SQL and Python scripting.
- Familiarity with financial systems or portfolio management tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and process governance.
