Job Description

We are seeking a Senior PS Consultant / Automation Engineer to join the AI and Custom Services team within Enterprise Professional Services for a banking domain project. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, passionate professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, creating scalable automation solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will design, configure, and implement solutions on the Five9 platform tailored to each client’s business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, propose efficient automation strategies, and ensure seamless integrations with third-party platforms. Success in this role requires technical expertise, creative solution design, and strong client communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • Deliver AI & Custom Services projects.
  • Design, configure, and implement applications on the Five9 platform to meet unique client needs, including integrations with external systems such as CRM and cloud services.
  • Provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and technical support for Five9 solutions.
  • Deliver tailored training to ensure clients maximize the value of implemented solutions.
  • Contribute to developing design patterns and improving automation practices across the team.
  • Lead technical sessions and become a trusted advisor to decision makers while demonstrating mastery of the technical domain.
  • Handle pre-sales Statement of Work requests from creation to design document handoff. Includes the ability to work with a client to gather true business requirements, determine the level of effort for a project, and document a target solution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Proven experience designing, configuring, and implementing solutions.
  • Knowledge of and experience implementing intelligent virtual agents, natural language understanding engines such as Google Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, or Agent Assist platforms
  • Ability to listen to a customer’s request, separate the problem from the requested solution, visualize the available options, and communicate the available options efficiently and distinctly.
  • Knowledge of modern API standards (SOAP, XML, REST, JSON) and experience integrating with them.
  • Self-starter possessing excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
