Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer with Google DialogFlow to design, build, and enhance conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow (ES/CX) and strong Python development skills to create, integrate, and scale intelligent bots and automation workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain conversational agents using Dialogflow ES/CX.
  • Implement intents, entities, contexts, fulfillment, and multi-turn flows.
  • Build backend services, middleware, and integrations using Python (Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Integrate Dialogflow with APIs, databases, CRMs, and third-party systems.
  • Implement advanced conversational features like event handling, slot-filling, rich responses, and voice interactions.
  • Optimize NLP/NLU training data for accuracy and performance.
  • Work with Google CCAI, telephony systems (e.g., IVR, Twilio, Genesys), or contact center integrations.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks for conversational flows and backend APIs.
  • Collaborate with UX, QA, and business teams to gather requirements and improve user experience.
  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve bot performance and reliability.

Qualifications

 

  • Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow ES/CX (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Flask / FastAPI / Django.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhook development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure a plus).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google CCAI, Vertex AI, or contact center platforms.
  • Exposure to speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and NLP models.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js for frontend or middleware integrations.
  • Experience with analytics and monitoring tools for conversational AI (Dialogflow CX Insights, BigQuery, etc.).
  • Prior work in IVR systems, voice bots, or multi-channel conversational solutions.
