Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Scrum Master to support two Agile teams, each managing multiple ongoing projects. This role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to adapt Agile practices flexibly, without rigidly adhering to any one framework. The ideal candidate will have a servant leadership mindset, helping teams navigate challenges, improve collaboration, and maximize business value through effective Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Adapt Agile practices to suit team and project needs, ensuring flexibility and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a servant leader, identifying and removing impediments to team progress.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring smooth communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Track sprint progress, ensuring timely delivery of business value.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, developers, and designers to align work with business goals and priorities.
  • Support cross-team coordination and dependencies, enabling seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master supporting multiple teams.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and flexible Agile approaches.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to removing obstacles.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Background of working with CX solutions
  • Experience of working with Google CCAI platform
