Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee Genesys Cloud PS Consultant to join our team and grow with us. We offer a multi-tiered training approach built around on-the-job learning. This includes courses from Genesys with accompanying certifications, combined with hands-on experience alongside seasoned team members. You will learn from training courses and senior colleagues and then apply your newly acquired skills directly to your work 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support the design and implementation of Genesys Cloud delivery projects, including participating in technical workshops and capturing technical requirement.
  • Assist in modifying Genesys system configurations based on business requirements and other factors.
  • Participate in the analysis of complex technical and business issues.
  • Help establish and maintain technical architectures while learning to implement new technologies.
  • Contribute to the Genesys contact center switchover to production by supporting tasks as assigned by the project lead.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of software development and cloud computing concepts.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.  
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of contact center operations and customer service processes.
  • Programming certification.
