Job Description
Miratech is seeking a strategically driven and versatile Director of Strategic Accounts. The purpose of the role is to play a pivotal role in driving business growth by expanding relationships within existing client accounts and identifying new opportunities. This position is responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets, executing strategic account plans, and positioning the Miratech’s services as essential solutions to client needs. By cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging upsell and
cross-sell strategies, and ensuring seamless sales execution, the Director will drive account expansion and long-term business success in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing client accounts while actively pursuing new logos to expand the client base.
- Meet and exceed revenue, margin, and NPS goals by strategically managing and growing key accounts.
- Maintain and execute a comprehensive Account Development Plan, aligning client pain points and business objectives with tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, increasing engagement and wallet share.
- Leverage up-selling and cross-selling techniques to drive revenue growth, penetrate new divisions, and establish buying centers within client organizations.
- Manage sales processes, from assessing client needs to handling NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs, ensuring seamless execution and CRM hygiene compliance.
- Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
Qualifications
- 8 years in sales, with at least 5 years in IT consultative sales or strategic account management.
- Experience working in a globally distributed environment, managing enterprise-level client relationships across diverse regions.
- Familiarity with partnering and selling solutions alongside Cloud Providers and platform vendors like Genesys, AWS, and GCP.
- Demonstrated track record as both a strategic sales farmer and a proactive hunter, driving revenue growth and account expansion.
- Strong background in solution-based, consultative sales, with the ability to understand client pain points and tailor impactful value propositions.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to engage with clients, attend key meetings, and drive business development.
- Commitment to staying updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies to drive client success.
