Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to help us take our industry-leading asset management platform to the next level. You will play a key role in supporting and contributing to data processing projects. Responsibilities
- Lead Agile squads with a focus on Delivery to execute user stories and features with high quality for business value, leveraging Definitions of Ready and Done as standards.
- Support teams in adopting Agile practices, apply suitable frameworks to increase delivery, and empower data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to align backlog prioritization with business objectives.
- Drive sprint and PI planning, manage dependencies, track team metrics, address blockers, and foster continuous improvement to achieve sprint goals and deliver value.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders, align on goals and timelines, advocate for the team.
- Foster an Agile mindset and inspire the team through hands-on engagement, proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare teams for self-sufficiency, enabling them to sustain high levels of delivery without direct oversight.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) in a complex environment, with a multi-functional collaboration.
- 3+ years leading large-scale transformation programs (leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), involving business process and change, organization change, and multiple large-scale technology components.
- Experience in financial, investment, asset management, data platforms, or banking services domain.
- Comprehensive expertise in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience coaching Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, and Agile maturity.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage metrics for process improvements.
