Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Genesys WDE Developer to join our team remotely. 
Our client is an American multinational corporation in the financial services industry and has been in the market for over 170 years. It is a leading issuer of personal, small business, and corporate credit cards. The company’s travel-related offerings include traveler’s checks, credit cards, corporate and personal travel planning services, tour packages, and agencies for hotel and car rental reservations. 
Project description:  You will be involved in the new project of WDE integration with Genesys Outbound Voice, for integration Outbound with Digital channels and integration with the portal web page, including gathering requirements for further Genesys Cloud migration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Workspace Desktop Edition solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide consultation on WDE integration to various teams, including management, portal,  integration teams and others.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and ensure high availability of solutions.
  • Automate deployment processes and support the transition to cloud-based solutions.
  • Conduct technical knowledge transfer sessions for customer teams and fellow Genesys Professional Services Consultants.
  • Contribute to the successful switchover of Genesys contact centers to a production environment.
  • Serve as the primary technical consultant, offering expert guidance on Genesys solutions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and customizing Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition solutions.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in C#.NET, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is highly desirable, particularly in the context of integrating WDE with web-based systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive and self-driven approach to work, with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet project deadlines.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Genesys solutions, particularly in Voice Interaction Processing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong collaborative abilities.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Github.
