Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Middle Splunk Cloud Automation and Integration Engineer looking to make a global impact? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Platform Administration team on a large-scale, international project.
You'll play a key role in our ongoing Genesys Engage project, focusing on EMEA countries. Your main responsibility will be the active integration of Splunk Cloud for reporting, driving the project's success, and ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Splunk integration solutions for a variety of data sources and use cases.
• Configure and customize Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk integrations and data ingestion.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for Splunk integration and stay up-to-date with.
• Document design and implementation details, and provide training and support to end-users.

• 2+ years of extensive experience with Splunk, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud (Splunk as a cloud) is required for this role. 
• Experience with Splunk Deployments, component setup is a must
• Extensive experience in Data Masking is essential.
• Proficiency in Rest API, DB Connect, and HTTP Event Collector-based integrations.
• Strong understanding of Rsyslog or Syslog NG configurations.
• Good knowledge of SNMP Trap and SNMP Poll data collection to collect fault and performance events.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with complex systems.
• Knowledge of cURL or shell script.
