Job Description
We are looking for a Project manager to work from the office.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the ACE team to help drive client projects.
- Present and articulate the value of the transformation project to our clients.
- Participate in the sales cycle to build and present services value proposition to the prospects.
- Create and work with clients to refine Statement of Work (SOW).
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Create and manage a project plan, timeline, budget, forecast, etc. leveraging internal tools (FrontPilot, Smartsheet, Retain).
- Resource planning for necessary stakeholders in collaboration with RMO and other consultants.
- Manage clients through planning and execution. Lead client meetings.
- Manage and communicate all deviations from the plan.
- Conduct project meetings, and collaborate with project team members to build consensus on challenging issues
- Build/design in collaboration with the consultants the testing plan according to our client's requirements: Smoke testing, Business Process Testing, API tests, UI tests, Load and Performance tests
- Communicate requirements and actively set & manage expectations to ensure all team members and stakeholders (QA resources, IC, SL3, CloudOps, APG, etc.) are accountable for their role in the project’s overall success.
- Prioritize tasks and manage issue resolution and/or escalation.
- Contribute to the project delivery:
- Contribute to the Knowledge Base. Can contribute to fixing issues in configuration.
- Can contribute to reviewing Customizations and Interfaces
- Can contribute to running the testing tool with the QA consultants, identify issues, fixes or workarounds
- Ensure document output from test phases is built and shared with clients
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Consultant.
- Exceptional presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge and experience on eFinnt Invest (eFI 100 & 200, eFront Script).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A team player who can work independently.
- Good time management and an ability to multi-task, balance parallel work streams.
- English mandatory, other language is a plus.
