Job Description
Miratech is in search of a seasoned Business Delivery Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team, specifically focusing on one of the fastest-growing business units within the company. This role is pivotal in managing existing business accounts for Miratech, with a particular emphasis on a global financial services company, recognized as one of the most valuable brands in the industry. As a Business Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will encompass driving business development, meeting business targets, cultivating strong client relationships, and achieving staff augmentation goals within this high-growth business unit. We are seeking a professional with a robust track record in identifying and securing business opportunities, particularly in staff augmentation and account management, with a specific focus on the unique needs and challenges of the global financial services sector. Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new business buyers to expand the account portfolio and achieve desired business targets while collaborating with the dedicated account director to manage accounts.
- Align business development initiatives with organizational goals using strategic plans.
- Leverage project management skills to contribute to the successful delivery of solutions.
- Maximize business delivery efficiency while consistently increasing the number of team members on the account.
- Conducting Client meetings with a focus on both sales and pre-sales activities while proactively following up on client interactions to ensure timely progress.
- Drive conversations and initiatives forward, taking the initiative without constant supervision to deliver technical staff augmentation solutions during and after client meetings.
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation, communication, and writing skills to establish strong relationships with business buyers and stockholders.
- Work with sourcing, recruiting, and enterprise architects' groups to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in CX (Contact center) space – should be able to understand client issues and suggest relevant solutions.
- Proven record of accomplishment in business development including sales and pre-sales activities with constant increment in headcount to strengthen the business accounts.
- Minimum 10 years in the IT domain, specializing in technical business delivery and account management.
- Strong experience with staff augmentation in the IT domain.
- Excellent project management experience in IT projects revolving around fulfilling project delivery needs.
- Ability to follow up on client meetings with technical solutions and perform speedy follow-ups without waiting for instructions to take action.
- Someone who understands Speed-Wins and demonstrated the same in their career.
- Desired candidate should be equipped with acumen in business development seizing new business with new and existing accounts.
- Capability to navigate and articulate solutions effectively within a technical context.
- Excellent Communication skills: verbal, written, presentation.
- Genesys or any other contact center background with a proven track record in Delivery Management.
