We are looking for a Senior BOT Developer to join our team, who will help us working on solutions and implementing technologies that will improve user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots utilizing leading Conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow
• Craft clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to industry best practices and standards.
• Develop custom components and tools to optimize the functionality and performance of our chatbot ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and user expectations.
• Leverage natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to enable our chatbots to comprehend and respond intelligently to user inputs.
• Integrate chatbot systems seamlessly with backend systems, databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues by analysing logs and debugging code for continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in chatbot development.

• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• 4-5 years of bot work experience using Node.js/JavaScript
• Experience in Google CCAI Bot framework.
• Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST-based micro-services, JAVA/J2EE.
• Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
• Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
• Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with web services integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google, Genesys, and relevant technologies such as CCAI, Dialog flow ES, Dialog flow CX, GVP or Nuance Mix Tools is desired
• Experience developing applications in Genesys Composer
• Experience with Genesys Platform
• 7+ years of enterprise-scale IVR application development experience
• Nuance grammar development experience
• Experience using GRAT and GRE
• Experience in automated testing desired
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
• Experience with Spring framework
• Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with web server like Tomcat
