Miratech is seeking a talented and innovative freelance Creative Designer to help our Recruiting Department in implementing unique and engaging visual content. If you have a passion for social media, an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, and a drive to create resonant and impactful designs, this opportunity is for you. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design creative social media banners tailored to the target audience, with a focus on LinkedIn, including images, simple videos, animations, and carousels. 
• Provide initial drafts and iterate based on feedback within short timeframes (1-2 business days). 
• Design a variety of other recruiting marketing materials, including infographics, email banners, presentations, and various visualizations. 
• Create banners specifically for paid social media ads, utilizing knowledge of latest trends and audience insights. 
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Department to transform creative ideas into visually engaging content. 

• 5+ years in graphic design, with a particular focus on crafting banners for social media and paid ads. 
• Proven ability to work within short timeframes, offering multiple solutions in various styles. 
• Demonstrated creativity, providing unique solutions without needing detailed guidance. 
• Willingness to research and understand new technologies, vacancies, and target audiences to tailor visuals effectively. 
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to finding the most effective visual solutions, rather than merely attractive ones. 
• Knowledge and passion for the latest social media trends and their applications in design. 
• Knowledge of Midjourney would be a plus.
