Job Description
We are looking for a Genesys WWE Support Engineer to join our team, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administration, configuration, and support of Workspace Web Edition (WWE)
- Taking support tickets and requests, owning these through to resolution
- Prioritizing and actioning any calls/emails/tickets that come in, working as part of the team to resolve, escalating where necessary
- Configuration and managing applications for clients troubleshooting and investigating production issues
- Documenting resolutions in the system
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Genesys Contact Center components and tools
- 2+ years of experience with Workspace Web Edition (WWE)
- 2+ years of routing experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions (Voice, IVR and Multi-channel)
- 2+ years of Configuration management tools
- Working knowledge of Genesys/Cisco Framework, reporting, routing and multi-channel components
- Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
