We are a team of around forty individuals within the Business Unit, working on developing a management software package. It is the top business application in Switzerland for Automotive Services and is utilized by 17 cantons and the Principality of Lichtenstein.

We are currently in the process of implementing the solution for a new client. In addition to this, we have undertaken a redesign program called Legacy Challenge, which aims to modernize the entire Front-End of our software. This program has been initiated to enhance the user experience and streamline the efficiency of our customers' business processes.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our global diverse team, who will help our Switzerland client will develop an application and be responsible for all complex work from requirements analysis to implementations.

The customer is a leading supplier of IT solutions for government and NGOs in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. It is an innovative supplier of modern and effective IT-solutions in Switzerland with ambitions to expand its activities to other areas of Western and Southern Europe.

Responsibilities: 

• Implement software components according to the design specifications
• Perform system integration and testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution
• Perform unit testing of software components
• Participate in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines
• Proactively collaborate with teammates and communicate with the Project Stakeholders to ensure that the Project efforts proceed efficiently and with predictability
• Provide technical input into product roadmaps

Technology stack:

• Front-end Development: Angular
• Back-end Development: Java, Oracle, TOMEE
• Development Environment: IntelliJ, Maven, SonarQube

• 3 years of experience in Angular front-end development
• Experience of 4 to 5 years in the development of solutions in Java, Oracle, TOMEE
• Knowledge of the development environment IntelliJ, MAVEN, SonarQube
• Ability to communicate easily in French

Nice to have:

• Skills in application security (OWASP best practices) an asset
• Knowledge of tools and principles related to agility and DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, JIRA, SCRUM) an asset
• Ability to communicate in German
