This is an ongoing Genesys Engage project for EMEA countries, including active integration of Splunk (for reporting). 

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Splunk integration solutions for a variety of data sources and use cases
• Configure and customize Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk integrations and data ingestion
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for Splunk integration and stay up-to-date with
• Document design and implementation details, and provide training and support to end-users

• 5+ years of strong experience with Splunk, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong experience with Splunk, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the contact center platform is a plus
