Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of automation testing. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and apply for the position. Responsibilities:

• Define Test Automation Strategy.
• Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to understand the system and assure the quality of the products and automated tests to be developed
• Develop manual test cases based on requirements and then convert them to automation
• Test planning, and script design in a low-code environment.
• Coordination with the client team for the Test environment, and test data.
• Ensure Test artifacts are consistent and of the right quality.
• Ensuring progress of test activities as per plan adhering to milestones and meeting SLAs.
• Oversee execution of automated tests and troubleshoot system failures
• Investigate and diagnose problems, and propose and execute solutions.
• Experience in working with large-scale and complex programs, DevOps, CI/CD, and Continuous testing environments.
• Excellent understanding of the Testing Lifecycle and the different types of testing such as Functional and Integration Testing

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with close attention to detail
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work in a collaborative environment is a must.
• Fluency in English - good written and verbal skills
• Basic math skills and understanding of queue theory
• Excellent understanding of Interactive Voice Response systems and Voice Bots
• Knowledge and experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) is a plus
• Proficiency in at least 1 programming language
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Experience with Hammer / Empirix software is a plus
