About the customer

This project is uniquely positioned to help companies bring their people, insights, and customer channels together to effectively drive today’s customer conversation. Our software directs more than 100 million interactions every day, maximizing the value of customer engagement and differentiating the experience by driving personalization and multi-channel customer service, as well as extending customer service across the enterprise to optimize processes and performance of customer-facing employees

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with .Net Framework. Should have executed the complete SDLC on projects using Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5, 4.0 or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience on Asp.net, C#, MVC, Web API and SQL server.
  • Should have experience on client technologies:  HTML, XML, AJAX, Javascript, JQuery & Angular JS
  • Experience on using thrird party APIs (.Net, Javascript)
  • Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
  • Should have used any of the CI/CD tools like Github
  • Should have experience administering in IIS 7.5/8.0
  • Experience in Contact Center domain (Genesys, Avaya or Cisco) is desirable, including:
    • Genesys Configuration options to setup Agents, Agent Groups
    • Genesys Softphone Setup with SIP extensions/DNs
    • Genesys PSDK awareness
    • Genesys Service Client API for third party app integration
    • Knowledge on customizing Genesys Workspace Web Edition

Soft Skills:

  • Significant experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
  • Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and other team members.
