Our client is an American online digital brokerage company. Our project is the best investing app because it makes investing in the stock market more accessible, incredibly easy, and very attractive. 86% of the population has never had a chance to own stock because it’s intimidating and expensive, but this application provides an opportunity to break down the barriers to stock ownership and bring the stock market to everyone.

And we are looking for a Site Reliability/DevOps Engineer to involve in the project team! We’re building a team of exceptionally talented people to join us for the implementation of this ambitious project!

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, implement and standardize automated solutions for software builds configuration, deployments, and monitoring.
• Identify and reduce any areas of manual toil through automation.
• Troubleshooting in complex technical production environments.
• Continually improve systems reliability and performance.
• Automate software builds, configurations, and deployments to testing and production environments.

Core skills we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience with AWS (Foundation and Platform Service), MySQL and Linux environment
• 1 + year of experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Strong level in scripting (Shell/ Python, etc.)
• Experience in designing & building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and automated tools for configuration & change management
• Deep level of the system, network, and application administration
• Advanced understanding of common network protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, DHCP, SSH, etc.)
• SLA, SLO and SLI knowledge and implementation
• Experience in designing & building automated solutions for RESTful APIs
• Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English

Nice-to-have:

• Basic level of Java, experience with Java ecosystem
• Strong in troubleshooting, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, ability to recognise "big picture"
• Experience in Finance domain
