Responsibilities:

• Create case studies, success stories and references, content for presentations, company news, website, newsletters, and more.
• Participate in preparation of content for Press Releases and Social media
• Create content for email and ad campaigns

• Talent is a must
• Good understanding of IT
• Previous experience of writing for IT
• Background in contact centers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fast learner
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Advanced spoken English and written business English; German is a plus, but not a strict requirement
