About the Role
We are looking for IT Security Engineer who will participate in evaluating, developing, and implementing security tools, standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines in diverse systems environments as needed. As the Security Engineer you will utilize your wide area of expertise in network, cybersecurity, incident management, security frameworks and other areas to provide security support for the Axactor Spain\other Axactor entities and for Miratech. You will analyze, montior, track, and report behaviors and tasks logged by assets (ie, applications, systems, networks) to ensure Axactor's and Miratech's network and systems are protected from any potential leaks of information or malicious activities. You will work in a multi-cultural environment with talented colleagues in several European countries both on-site and when going on business trips.

Responsibilities:

• Establishes, tests, audits, monitors and improves Axactor/ Miratech's IT security
• Develops and maintains standard practices, policies and procedures (including BCP and DR plans) for appropriate response to identified threats
• Raises security awareness inside the company, serves as a security expert, and conducts trainings when needed
• Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic security audits
• Works with IT teams to solve information security system problems and issues in a timely and accurate manner, identifies threats and minimizes them
• Analyzes and assesses security incidents and escalates incidents by following incident plan
• Performs penetration tests and Assess vulnerabilities within a company
• Manages and analyzes security information and event management (SIEM) tools and services to identify and respond to events as appropriate
• Participates/supports annual security audits (internal/external) and compliance activity
• Prepares system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; professional certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP) is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of diversified security work experience in multinational environment
• Administration experience with some of SIEM, WAF, IDS\IPS, DLP, Servers\Workstations, GPO
• Specific focus on Microsoft Windows Server, .NET and SQL technologies
• Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience with related security solutions
• Experience with ISO2700X – specifications for a framework of policies and procedures that include all legal, physical and technical controls involved in an organization’s risk management
• Good understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization
• Knowledge of security considerations of cloud computing: data breaches, broken authentication, hacking, account hijacking, malicious insiders, third parties, APTs, data loss and DoS attacks.
•  Experience with multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies
