The Product Design and UX team is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team! Your role is all about designing products for our users that are simple, intuitive to use, and meets their needs. In joining the team you will take charge of the entire design process to improve the end-to-end experience and  shape the vision of our innovative products. Help us tackle tough interaction and product design challenges by utilizing your complete design toolkit.

Responsibilities:

• Combine UX thinking with design execution to drive UX strategy from concept through to shipping and beyond, taking complex tasks and producing usable and intuitive user interfaces
• Understand the needs of our customers and internal product teams through leading ideation sessions and reviews with our stakeholders. We want you to be an advocate for our users.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define and prioritize product requirements and features
• Create design artifacts such as; user flows, concept models, storyboards, personas, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design rationale across cross functional teams
• Measure and improve your designs by incorporating user feedback through quantitative and qualitative usability testing
• Work within an Agile environment to plan and deliver work incrementally while also improving your designs through multiple design iterations
• Work closely with UI Engineers as they implement your designs, providing them with the details they need, iterating to strike a balance between what’s possible and the long-term vision
• Perform design reviews with fellow Product Designers to share knowledge and collect feedback
• Communicate your end-to-end workflow experience with stakeholders through storytelling

• Bachelors in Human-Computer Interactions, post-secondary education in interaction design, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally designing for enterprise software
• A deep understanding of design thinking approaches
• Experience planning, scoping and contributing to product roadmaps with cross-functional teams
• Experience leading customer discussions, gaining key insights, and translating them into requirements and use cases
• Experience using standard prototyping and design tools such as Sketch or Figma(Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus)
• Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus
• Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
• Define, analyze, and review user behaviors and workflows
• An online or equivalent portfolio
• Readiness and willingness to collaborate with San Francisco Bay area-based team during late afternoon hours.
