• Update department documentation including fund presentations and fact sheets;
• Prepare quarterly Board presentations;
• Maintain team mailbox / classify documents;
• Participate in manager research meetings – within team and with external managers;
• Support launch of new products through building marketing presentations;
• Ad-hoc performance analytics – hedge funds and private credit;
• Assist team member to collect documents required for Due Diligence.

• University degree (Masters completed or in final year) in Economics, Finance or equivalent;
• Genuine interest in Finance;
• Very good command of MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
• Organized, flexible and versatile;
• Fluent French & English.
