Job Description
Define and monitor the backlog:
- Facilitate workshops and create functional specifications to ensure coverage of all use cases between the business and the partner responsible for the application during the creation or addition of features;
- Draft test cases and related acceptance criteria (possibly with the support of a Business Analyst);
- Ensure the consideration of maintenance requests;
- Validate the feasibility study of requests;
- Ensure that the backlog (enhancements and bugs) is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone;
- Ensure proper prioritization of activities and evolution requests with technical teams and partners.
Oversee the development of the application:
- Provide clear instructions to the technical teams;
- Ensure that the teams build the right functionality and operationalize the application according to detailed requirements;
- Enforce obligations and best practices related to the application (security, Data Protection, compliance & Regulation, methodology);
- Support the Release Manager in planning and deploying the delivery;
- Participate in testing efforts (on the SIT environment) and acceptance of the application by the Domain Expert (in the UAT environment based on the test cases he/she has written);
- Ensure the quality of the application;
- Provide training and documentation support for users.
Supports operations during the application's RUN phase (in collaboration with the Operation Manager):
- Document the deployment process for the production team and ensures project-to-run transfer;
- Define recurring tasks to orchestrate and execute;
- Contribute to the resolution of incidents and issues related to the application (in collaboration with level 2 and level 3).
When required:
- Participate in sessions at the request of the Product Owner with the partner responsible for the development and operation of the application (development monitoring, service acceptance, performance tracking and innovation sessions);
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or information sciences;
- Technical expertise and functional knowledge of a core banking system, preferably Transakt (Temenos);
- Experience in an international environment is a plus ;
- A proven ability to prioritize workload and work with minimal direct supervision ;
- Leadership, empathy, and strong communication skills ;
- Flexibility and adaptability to change ;
