Job Description
- Lead and facilitate workshops to collect, clarify, and validate business requirements, ensuring full coverage of all regulatory reporting use cases between the IT Department and the Project Delivery & Client Solution teams;
- Produce clear, structured, and comprehensive functional specifications, fully aligned with regulatory obligations as well as functional and technical requirements;
- Perform in-depth analyses of regulatory processes, data flows, and system impacts, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as FATCA, CRS, MiFIR, EMIR, and other banking regulation;
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, end-to-end vision of how proposed solutions support regulatory and business objectives;
- Support IT teams during the full solution assessment and delivery lifecycle, including:
- Conducting feasibility studies and regulatory impact assessments;
- Performing detailed fit-gap analyses against regulatory requirements and system capabilities;
- Preparing developer briefings and clarifying requirements;
- Creating training materials and comprehensive user documentation;
- Supporting users in preparing and executing UAT, and conducting SIT to validate data quality, controls, and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Degree in computer engineering, business administration or related field;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Wealth Management in Switzerland;
- Strong expertise in Business Analysis for Regulatory Reporting;
- Excellent usage of standard Microsoft Office tools and SQL queries;
- Very good technical writing, documentation and communication skills;
- Rigorous, autonomous and dynamic with good interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for analytical problem solving;
- Fluent French & English.
