Job Description

The Corporate & Income team is responsible for managing of all types of corporate actions in Switzerland and in foreign subsidiaries and announcing related tax.

  • Management of all types of corporate actions (compulsory and voluntary);
  • Entry, control and sending of announcements to our customer (in English or French, Spanish is a plus);
  • Management of deadlines, client responses and instructions to custodians;
  • Accounting for transactions;
  • Management of claims with different brokers;

Qualifications

Your assets to succeed:

  • CFC Diploma in banking, a minimum;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Native French speaker with a good command of English; Spanish, an asset;
  • Specific knowledge of corporate actions and general banking operations;
  • T24 Transact knowledge, an asset;
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
  • Trustworthy and stress resistant.
