A day in your future job:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the IT department and ensuring that systems and networks are running smoothly;
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity;
• Evaluating and implementing new technologies and systems that improve IT infrastructure and support the organization's business goals;
• Industrialize the operations in line with the Cloud first strategy of the bank;
• Work closely with the product teams to align technology and technical skills with the products strategies;
• Leading the team and providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives;
• Ensure the evolution of the platforms to meet the different business needs and to ensure compliance with security requirements;
• Assess system performance and recommend improvements;
• Ensure the stability and maintenance of systems related to the IT infrastructure and solutions;
• Manage the operation team to achieve production objectives, expected performance level and SLAs;

Your assets to succeed:

• Proven experience in a managerial function within a technological role of a bank;
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities;
• Ability to address complexity and highlight the main points of attention to the management and stakeholders;
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of IT professionals and drive performance;
• University degree or HES in computer science or equivalent;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Technical proficiency and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems to effectively manage and troubleshoot issues;
• Swiss Resident or willing to relocate;
