Mint Physician Staffing—with offices in Houston, TX and Coral Gables, FL—is a well-funded, fast-growing company (25% growth each of the last three years) that is looking for passionate, solution-oriented consultants to develop our national client base of healthcare facilities. Locum Tenens is a $2.4 billion industry and Mint is well-positioned to take market share in our growing physician specialties.
As an Account Manager, you will be contracting new clients in need of temporary staffing services through B2B selling—including hospitals, physician groups, large clinics and other facilities. Beyond gaining new contracts, you will continue working with hospital executives, physicians and administrators to service those accounts on an ongoing basis. Within Mint’s team environment, you will be supported by the talented healthcare recruiters and an experienced administrative team.

This is a non-exempt full time (40 hours per week) position with base salary, plus an aggressive “un-capped” commission plan—this is a healthy six figure opportunity within 2-3 years. You will also be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, PTO and paid holidays.
Qualifications
Ideal Requirements:
- Three years of business-to-business sales or recruiting experience
- Aggressive self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent closing skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office and CRM systems
