Minster Home Care is an expanding family run domiciliary care company based in York and we love to recognise and reward the hard work and commitment of all of our team. We offer weekly paid mileage, flexible hours and have various staff incentives for our team.

What hours would I work?
You will work on a permanent shift pattern, leaving you free to organise and enjoy your own personal time with friends and family. We have various shifts available and operate a week 1 and week 2 rota on a continuous cycle so you have a regular working pattern.

What does working as a Support Worker/Home Care Assistant involve?

• Providing Personal Care & Companionship services
• Helping clients in and out of bed
• Supporting clients with hobbies and activities
• Providing a range of non-medical services

No experience necessary. As the business grows, there are often great opportunities to develop your career with various NVQ courses and accreditations available. All you need is a caring nature and a positive attitude!
