Job Description
As a Social Media Content Executive, you will support the management of Minor Hotels, Anantara Hotels & Resorts, and Avani Hotels & Resorts social media presence. In collaboration with internal teams and external agencies, you will ensure content is planned, executed, and optimized in line with brand and campaign objectives.
You will contribute to content creation where required, applying strong creative and visual storytelling skills to maintain high-quality outputs across platforms. Alongside this, you will support performance tracking, community management, and campaign execution, using data and insights to enhance engagement and strengthen overall brand presence.

Develop all-encompassing multi-brand digital marketing strategies
- Support planning, reviewing, and execution of social media content across Minor Hotels, Anantara, and Avani channels
- Coordinate content calendars with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and consistent posting
- Create and manage social media content when required across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Support execution of social media campaigns, including preparation of assets, tracking links, and campaign materials
- Coordinate with internal teams and properties to ensure campaign deliverables are aligned and completed on time
- Assist in scheduling, publishing, and archiving content across brand social media channels
- Support blog and PR-related content coordination, including content preparation, scheduling, and updates across internal systems
- Assist in execution of cross-brand initiatives and loyalty campaigns (e.g., Minor DISCOVERY), including preparation of assets and communications
- Support reporting and performance tracking by preparing regular reports and monitoring content and campaign performance
- Utilize analytics tools to track engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness
- Provide operational support to properties on social media-related requests (e.g., account setup, access, troubleshooting)
- Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) sourcing and rights management via approved platforms
- Ensure proper organization and management of content assets, tracking links, and documentation
Qualifications
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B industries.
- Proven experience managing social media across key platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social media channels.
- Strong understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and content optimization.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Thai or additional languages are a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury and lifestyle brands and proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage technical systems while maintaining high quality output.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in the hotel industry is highly desirable.
