Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all dining operations within our luxury island resort. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary and service experiences, managing multiple outlets, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and special events
  • Ensure exceptional service standards and memorable guest dining experiences
  • Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to maintain high performance and engagement
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, promotions, and seasonal offerings
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue across all outlets
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Handle guest feedback and implement service recovery where needed
  • Drive upselling strategies and innovative dining concepts
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership and team management skills in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Solid understanding of financial management, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Knowledge of international cuisine, service standards, and current dining trends
  • Ability to work in a remote island environment
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
