Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to lead our luxury resort operations in the stunning location of Ko Yao Yai, Thailand. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional to oversee all aspects of resort management while delivering world-class guest experiences in one of Thailand's most beautiful destinations.

  • Lead and manage all resort operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, recreation, and maintenance departments
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Oversee daily operational activities ensuring seamless guest experiences and service quality standards
  • Manage, mentor, and develop department heads and staff to maximize their effectiveness and professional growth
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to meet and exceed business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies
  • Handle guest relations and resolve complex issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to implement brand standards and operational programs
  • Manage resort budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and revenue management strategies
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive management experience in luxury resort or hotel operations
  • Previous experience in Food and Beverage Operations to Executive Assistant Manager level or above
  • Strong commercial and business acumen with proven track record of achieving financial targets
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing multi-departmental teams
  • Excellent guest relations and customer service expertise
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of property management systems and hospitality technology
  • Understanding of local Thai regulations and cultural sensitivity preferred
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly Thai and English, highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
  • Passion for quality and commitment to service excellence

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
