Do you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes? At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we’re looking for a dedicated Steward who brings energy, reliability, and teamwork to our F&B department — ensuring that our restaurants, kitchens, and operations shine every single day.

Your role in the journey

As Steward, you play a crucial part in ensuring our kitchen and F&B areas remain spotless, organized, and fully operational. Your work allows our chefs and service teams to focus entirely on creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes, glassware, and cutlery.

• Transporting dishes and cutlery between the restaurant and the dishwashing area.

• Cleaning the kitchen and breakfast areas.

• Hand‑rinsing and polishing dishes to perfection.

• Performing additional cleaning and support tasks assigned by your supervisor.

What you’ll bring

• Motivation, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

• Physical stamina for active, on‑your‑feet work.

• A positive, proactive, “hands‑on” attitude — always ready to support the team.

• Communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
