Job Description
Minor Hotels is seeking a creative and commercially minded Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager to lead creator collaborations, influencer marketing and lifestyle partnerships across our Australasia portfolio.
This role is responsible for building a strong creator ecosystem and delivering culturally relevant partnerships that elevate brand visibility and storytelling. Working closely with Marketing, Social Media and Commercial teams, you will drive impactful collaborations that generate high-quality content, grow audience engagement and strengthen brand presence across key markets.

What You Will Do
Influencer Strategy
- Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy across Australasia.
- Identify and engage creators across travel, lifestyle, food and hospitality categories.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, agencies and talent managers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality influencer collaborations aligned with brand objectives.
Creator Campaigns
- Plan and manage influencer stays, collaborations and campaign activations.
- Brief creators on brand positioning, storytelling and property experiences.
- Coordinate campaign logistics and ensure seamless execution across multiple properties.
- Capture additional content during influencer visits where required to maximise campaign output.
Partnership Development
- Develop co-branded campaigns and collaborative activations that expand brand reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic brand partners across Australasia.
Content Amplification
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to amplify influencer content across channels.
- Maintain and manage a library of high-performing user generated content (UGC).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise partnerships based on insights and results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, brand collaborations or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and digital content trends.
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through execution.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A passion for travel, lifestyle and hospitality storytelling.
