Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis.

This role is essential in delivering exceptional beverage experiences to guests, supporting the bar operations, and creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in line with Minor Hotels’ high service standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organised bar area.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.
• Comply with all health, hygiene, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday.
• Flexible start and finish times. 
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) required.
• Additional shifts may be available as a Food & Beverage attendant on some occasions. 

Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $32.31per hour
Saturday: $38.78 per hour
Sunday: $45.24 per hour

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
