• Authorize and inspect all incoming goods to verify quantity, quality, price, and specifications meet hotel standards
• Prepare daily receiving reports and immediately report any variances or discrepancies
• Input Food and Beverage and General store purchases into the hotel inventory system
• Maintain security of goods in the receiving area and ensure prompt, safe transfer to storage
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in Finance Department
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills
