Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Shift Supervisor to join our operations team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our cluster facilities during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance, safety compliance, and team productivity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to make decisive decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Supervise and manage cluster operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all systems operate at peak efficiency and within established protocols
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance metrics and key operational indicators, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective actions
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, emergency procedures, and compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve system failures or performance degradation
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shift reports, documentation, and records for management review and audit purposes
  • Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and shift coverage to maintain optimal staffing levels
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, management, and external stakeholders regarding operational status and concerns
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards across all cluster operations
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new team members to ensure consistent operational knowledge and safety awareness

Qualifications

 

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, logistics, data center, or operations environments with 2+ years in cluster or technical operations
  • Proven ability to manage shift-based teams and maintain operational excellence under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with strong organizational abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher in operations management preferred); proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management systems
