Position Overview
Assistant Marketing Manager oversees all Guest Service Representative locations in Phuket, Khao Lak and other assigned location to ensure the production of qualified tours through direct bookings, lead generation or package sales and overseeing all the operational delivery of various on-site programs and campaigns. They work in accordance with budget targets established for each of AVC’s Preview Centre.
 
Key Responsibilities – include but not limited to.

•    Work with Senior Management team to deliver the business results aligned to KPI’s and budgets.
•    Manage all operational aspects of the various marketing campaigns in conjuncture with the Marketing GSR Supervisors and Team Leaders.
•    Assist in the identification of potential GSR locations and presenting the business proposal to AVC Management/ stakeholder for approval and operate and execute including training and staffing for the new location.
•    Working with People & Culture team in the recruitment and performance management of GSR team members.
•    Taking the lead in interviews, training, and development of new and existing GSR team members and supervisors as well as leading GSR team and set standards of excellence.
•    Oversee GSR performance expectations and communicate to all GSR associates and supervisors.
•    Managing and responding to client/tour inquiries.
•    Review, forecast and identify areas of improvement or opportunities and challenges and proactively work with Group Director of Marketing - Strategy and Thailand Operations, Assistant Director of Marketing Operations, Marketing Operations and Project Management Manager and the Marketing GSR supervisor in these areas.
•    Driving tour delivery from GSR, In-House, Referrals and other booth attendance. 
•    Driving potential qualified prospective leads from all GSR sites.
•    Driving potential minivacation packages (hotel linkage) from specific GSR sites where Hotel Linkage mechanism is applicable. 
•    Coordinating with site sales colleagues to deliver business results.
