We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and service‑driven Spa Supervisor to lead our wellness team and ensure exceptional, transformative spa experiences for our guests. Job Description

  • Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth, consistent, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain a welcoming spa environment with perfect ambience, cleanliness, and presentation aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, relaxation spaces, and displays are always guest‑ready and beautifully maintained.
  • Manage appointments, optimise schedules, and support seamless guest flow.
  • Deliver a range of high‑quality spa treatments with professionalism, personalisation, and intuitive care.
  • Conduct consultations to tailor treatments to guest needs and wellness goals.
  • Handle guest feedback proactively and professionally.
  • Enhance the spa journey through thoughtful recommendations and retail suggestions.
  • Lead, train, motivate, and mentor spa therapists to achieve excellence.
  • Conduct regular training, refresher sessions, and technique reviews.
  • Manage schedules and ensure consistent staffing coverage.
  • Support overall team morale and continuous professional development.
  • Oversee stock levels, product usage, and ordering.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and support product selection.
  • Drive retail performance through effective displays and staff education.
  • Support retail sales through personalised guest recommendations.
  • Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across all spa operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of rooms, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate operational and treatment records.
  • Ensure full compliance with Anantara brand standards and wellness philosophies.
  • Track performance metrics including revenue, treatment occupancy, and retail sales.
  • Provide insightful operational reports to lodge management.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Contribute ideas to improve profitability and guest engagement.

Qualifications

  • Recognised diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a luxury spa or high‑end lodge environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of treatments: aromatherapy, deep‑tissue massage, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and holistic practices.
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional guest service approach with impeccable professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Comfortable living and working in a remote safari environment.
  • First aid certification is an added advantage.
