We are currently recruiting for the following chef positions across casual employment:
- Demi Chef
- Commis Chef
About the Roles
Depending on your level and experience, you will:
- Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards
- Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and presentation
- Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused kitchen culture
Qualifications
About You
- Relevant trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles)
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen environment (preferred)
- A strong work ethic with a passion for fresh, high-quality food
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
