Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Design & Brand Visuals:
- Develop, design, and maintain a wide range of visual materials including brochures, posters, menus, digital ads, social media assets, signage, and in-room collaterals.
- Ensure all designs align with Anantara’s brand guidelines, delivering a consistent and compelling visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Digital & Print Production:
- Prepare final artwork for production, including print-ready files and digital assets optimised for web and social platforms.
- Liaise with other departments on the specifications of printed artwork so they can coordinate with outsourced vendors efficiently to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Laser Cutter Management:
- Operate and maintain the resort’s wood laser cutting machine for tasks related to Marketing Department or VIP guests of the General Manager.
- Provide quarterly trainings and consultations for other departments to use the laser cutter for their projects.
- Manage the production of bespoke signages of the resort and visual materials, from design to final output, including quality control and installation coordination.
- Cross-Departmental Support:
- Collaborate with various departments such as F&B, Sales & Events, Spa, and Front Office to fulfil design requests and enhance guest experience through visual communication.
- Provide design assistance and assets to support campaigns and initiatives from Minor Hotels’ Central Marketing team, with the direction and approval of the PR & Marketing Manager.
- Innovation & Improvement:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and sustainability in packaging and materials.
- Propose creative solutions to enhance brand storytelling and guest engagement through visual design.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related filed.
• At least 2 years experience in graphic design.
• Strong creative skills and proven track record producing advertisements, corporate image and promotional materials.
• Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy, capability in MAC is preferable.
