Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our All Day Dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the day.

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Oversee menu planning and pricing, collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative dining experiences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to build a high-performing team
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize restaurant performance
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service
  • Stay updated on local food trends and incorporate them into the restaurant's offerings

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in all-day dining concepts
  • Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and development
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
  • Proficiency in inventory management and menu planning
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Current Food Safety Certification
  • Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine and local food trends
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Malay or other local languages is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
