Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the hotel during the assigned shift.

  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth and efficient guest services.

  • Monitor and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests or staff in a timely manner.

  • Check guest arrivals and ensure that all guest requests are addressed accurately and promptly.

  • Support all staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and understand hotel services and facilities.

  • Manage and review room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure compliance with hotel standards.

  • Report any significant incidents or issues to the manager or management team.

 

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office
• Strong communication skills
• Familiar with Front Office Systems
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
