Job Description

Nestled in the heart of the Snowy Mountains, Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Casual Guest Experience Attendants to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the resort, delivering warm, attentive service that enhances every guest’s stay. From assisting with check-ins and providing local recommendations to supporting general guest enquiries, you’ll help create memorable experiences in one of Australia’s most stunning alpine destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service across reception and guest-facing areas
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiries
  • Provide guests with helpful information about the resort and local area
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, ensuring a positive experience
  • Support the operational team with administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation across guest areas

Qualifications

  • A warm, friendly and professional approach
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
  • Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends and peak resort periods
