• Supervise daily bakery production and ensure product quality and consistency.

• Create and develop new bakery items and seasonal menus.

• Manage and train bakery staff for skill and hygiene compliance.

• Control inventory, minimize waste, and monitor cost efficiency.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and equipment care.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head Baker or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort.

• Strong baking and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
