• Develop and execute creative content strategies across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
• Capture and edit photo and video content showcasing resort experiences, dining, wellness, and activities.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, and promotional materials that align with the brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to plan and schedule content calendars.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to boost engagement and reach.
• Ensure brand consistency in all visuals and messaging.
• Manage digital asset organization and maintain a photo/video library.
• Support PR and influencer collaborations, including on-site content creation and coordination.
• Analyze content performance and provide reports with actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role in hospitality or luxury brands
• Strong photography and videography skills (including drone operation is an advantage)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom) or similar editing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
