Cluster PR & Marketing Communications Manager for two properties – Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an annual PR & Marketing plan for both properties, aligning with each brand’s unique positioning — ultra-luxury and experience-led at Anantara Maia, and vibrant, contemporary lifestyle at Avani+ Barbarons.
- Act as the brand guardian for both hotels, ensuring all marketing and communication materials accurately reflect each property’s identity and resonate with their target audiences.
- Manage international and regional PR agencies, coordinate media outreach, and deliver high-quality press trips that generate impactful global and regional coverage.
- Create and distribute engaging press releases and media materials that highlight the distinctive stories, experiences, and differentiators of each resort.
- Oversee photography, videography, and social media content production—both in-house and via external suppliers—ensuring assets are on-brand, fresh, and fit for purpose across all channels.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives, driving awareness, engagement, and bookings.
- Lead influencer collaborations, partnerships, and activations tailored to each brand’s character — from high-end travel experiences for Anantara Maia to dynamic lifestyle content for Avani+.
- Oversee the digital presence of both resorts, ensuring websites, social media channels, and online listings are up-to-date, visually compelling, and optimised for reach and performance.
- Oversee all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice, engaging content creation, effective community management, and alignment with the brand’s standards and positioning.
- Manage and track the marketing communications budget for both properties, ensuring strategic allocation, cost efficiency, and performance reporting that demonstrates ROI.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing and General Managers on ongoing initiatives, results, and emerging opportunities.
- Support the General Managers as brand spokespeople and manage media relations, interviews, and crisis communication where needed, ensuring both brands maintain a strong and trusted reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, within equivalent luxury or 5* hotels
- Proven success in brand positioning, storytelling, and luxury brand management.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English
- Creative thinker with strong strategic planning
- Network of media, luxury, and lifestyle contacts is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a results-driven mindset.
