Job Description

 

  • Client Management: Meet with clients to understand vision, offer advice, and build strong relationships.
  • Planning & Budgeting: Develop event timelines, budgets, schedules, and detailed plans.
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all suppliers (caterers, decorators, etc.), confirm logistics, and review contracts.
  • Logistics: Manage venue setup, decor, seating arrangements, and guest movement.
  • Day-Of Execution: Oversee rehearsals, manage the event timeline, direct staff/vendors, and handle unexpected issues.
  • Guest Experience: Welcome guests, provide directions, answer questions, and ensure comfort.
  • Promptly reply to guest inquires and all event related matters
  • Coordinate inter-resort communication and documentation between F&B departments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance data (P&L, guest satisfaction, upselling results, etc.)
  • Manage departmental calendars, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action plans.
  • Support pre-opening, event planning, and promotional activities across the cluster resorts.
  • Handle guest correspondence and feedback related to F&B when required.
  • Support the F&B leadership team in scheduling, payroll submissions, and administrative processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and resort-related information.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork
  • Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
