What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments
• Deliver exceptional customer service to rental enquiries
• Conduct routine, entry, exit, and open home inspections
• Build and nurture strong tenant relationships through clear, consistent communication
• Support leasing processes and property handovers
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trusted trades
• Utilise Console Cloud to manage your portfolio efficiently

What You’ll Bring:

• Current QLD Property Management Registration
• Class 2 licence
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of property legislation and industry best practice
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Availability for limited Saturday work (as required)
